Our 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:
Date: 18 September 2026 (Friday)
Time: 7:00pm – 9:30pm (registration starts at 6:30pm)
Venue for AGM: PRESIDEN, Level 7, JW Marriott Hong Kong, 88 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong
AGM will be followed by a buffet dinner at the lobby of JW Marriott.
Venue for Buffet Dinner: The Lounge, Lobby, JW Marriott Hong Kong, 88 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong

RSVP is required. Please register before Tuesday, 15 September 2026 (by 5 p.m.).
Dinner will be served after the AGM. Due to the rising cost of food and beverages, we will be charging a subsidised fee of HKD 400 for members, and a non-subsidised fee of HKD 700 for non-members. Buffet dinner quotas are strictly reserved for members first, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
