It was a Christmas brunch to remember as the Malaysian Association of Hong Kong (MAHK) held an event for the first time at the Hong Kong Cricket Club up on Wong Nai Chung Gap Road on 10 Dec 2022. 69 people were in attendance, including the Consul-General (CG) of Malaysia, En. Muzambli Markam, his wife, Pn. Ida, and their daughter, Iman. Upon arrival, everyone was greeted by lots of goodies on their table and seat – Christmas props of all sorts, as well as dry food items to bring home – Bah Kut Teh noodles, Eureka popcorn, and a Mamee snack. π
The function suite on the 2/F opened up to a spacious balcony overlooking the green cricket grounds and a beautiful mountainous view. The buffet lineup had a variety of hot and cold foods, including festive items such as roast turkey and mince pie. Everyone was seen eating and drinking happily and merrily throughout the event.ππΎ
